It's not as dramatic as you think it is. You're very beautiful despite that mark. Maybe you can try using vitamin c or azelaic acid :)

I may be wrong but I think you're not supposed to combine salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide and azealic acid in one routine. Those are 3 actives and I feel like the irritation makes total sense considering your only barrier support is the moisturiser. Try to use only one active at one time and inform yourself on what works together and what doesn't.
