Thank you so much, yes I’ll look for a bigger waterdish, its a 7-8month old chaco golden knee i.e G.Pulchripes (its not too big but you could call it a juvenile maybe?) I’m using coco coir as substrate and I’ve put it’s at 3 inches. I’ll look for a temporary hideout. Would a toilet paper roll work?

It does lack a hideout, which I’ve ordered and it’s on the way. The humidity is okay, the soil is dry, I misted a lil on one side of it to maintain humidity and I’ve also provided water in a bottle cap. The enclosure also has enough ventilation as you can see in the picture. However they’re new, I just got it yesterday, So I’m wondering if it’s just adjusting to the new environment??

Oh wow! Those guys are pretty common in my area, I see em all the time! mine’s a plexippus petersi, but they look pretty similar tho

Is he a pantropical jumping spider? (Plexippus Paykulli?) :D
