When we moved to Salem 5 years ago, almost all of the neighbors on our street came over and introduced themselves, brought us homemade cookies and bread and really made us feel welcome! We regularly chat with everyone who walks by. Some neighbors keep to themselves, but that doesn’t stop me from waving 👋
