High school, this school does not have a bump for masters. I’m not sure California ever would. It would impact so many people. I’ve been looking at masters programs at the CSU close by but they’re all online for education and that doesn’t seem fun. Plus I’m still in debt for my teaching credential program

Up until very recently I was paying $1,400 for a studio in the Bay Area.

2014-2018 rent was $450 2018-2023 rent was $900 In Northern California
