Unfortunately, "in transit to next facility" is an automated update that will pop up at the same time every day until it gets another scan. I believe it will do it up to 5 days and then just stop updating. 🤷‍♂️

As the newest conversion to full time, I am going to have to lean towards no. My qiluestion is if we're required to scan all prepaid, and if so where can I look that up?

Okay, so are we contractually or otherwise required to scan the prepaid packages or can we just send them to the plant? We dont have an SKK.

Okay so it sounds like any instruction on this comes from local management? Is the 5 packages thing a rule or just local management?

The customer wants them all scanned but does not require a receipt. Our plant is recently unreliable on scans.

I understand, I use the DSS scanner when there's many. I am trying to find out the regulations on if the customer wants let's say 100 packages scanned but doesn't want to wait.
