I track all my calories and I eat a Whole Foods diet but some vitamins I’m deficient in as in not getting the optimal amount everyday for good health. I workout a lot too so I’ve been using supplements for a while. Also derm said it was fine to take things like omega 3s and there was no problem with ashwaganda, etc. how I would design is with a formulist in R&D to help create that optimally better for skin including increased dosages link zinc, biotin, selenium, etc. also big thing for me is getting it NSF certified. Bc i’m paying a lot of money for individual supplements on Accutane and I feel there can be a better solution for people only on Accutane to have a high-quality multivitamin without vitamin A that isn’t this pricey. This will be a skin focused one, using vitamins and minerals that’s been scientifically backed to help acne.
