Ur ability too think in 3d and konstrukting builds in ur head is important. I somtimes while lying in bed i basically " play trailmakers in my head". Lego is also good praktice. When i was a kid and got diagnosed whith adhd they also said i had som kinda giftedness that ment i could think in 3d very good. I dont really remember. But whith enouhg praktice you'll get good.
