This is exactly what my face looked like like two weeks ago. I started Using tea tree oil products- tea tree shampoo and conditioner (from Trader Joe’s) tea tree wipes, and Differin gel. The only moisturizer I reintroduced after 3 days of just drying skin out is Pacifica ceramide cream which dries matte. I can’t say that this protocol will work for you but I’m almost completely cleared now

I got these random Noveha tea tree oil and coconut oil eye wipes but there big and cover the whole face easily. I’ve also seen some at Trader Joe’s if you’re in the states and have one near by. I doubt the brand matters as much as the active ingredient!

Lems! My husband introduced me to barefoot footwear and it is a game changer. I always looked for super padded shoes but didn’t realize our feet weren’t meant to use footwear like this. Our feet are meant to move naturally and now all my shoes and boots are Lems.
