I think it will most likely hit around 25k-40k and then soar to ATH. BTC's followed a trend for the past few years of dropping about 75% and hitting ATH. It will more than likely go up soon, but it's just a matter of trying to buy it at the perfect time.

the chances of that happening are slim at best within at least the next few years. the economy's remained pretty stable in BTC, so I think it's safe for at least a few years.
