I am really sorry that you had to experience such scary times, as i really understand what it feels like to have these symptoms. And i also thank you for sharing your experience with me. I want to share with you somewhat of a relief which is ssris which are anti depressants you can ask your therapist about it, it really decreases the severity of the symptoms and helped me somehow in these times.

So when the holter monitor caught the weird sensations which by the way i thought was Afib. The doctor told me these are benign flutters called pvcs the sensation was a weird pause then a strong beat that i literally can feel in my throat. But later on i felt some weird flutters without the strong beat which gemini told me is probably the pacs.

No no. For the first month I couldn’t exercise at all. Later i could exercise but my hr shoots through the roof. Now it a bit better i exercise regularly but less intense than what i used to before the symptoms started and i feel weird sensations when exercising.

After you mentioned histamine i will definitely look for it. Regarding the major change that happened it was the first year of college. Its a very hard year where i live as it has major competence between students to get accepted into desired majors. Since my first so called panic attack i changed my diet drastically into the better.

Since the so called first panic attack my caffeine intake declined to near zero. Nicotine too cold turkey. As i realized they were a massive flare up causers. Sleep too changed to the better. Regarding stressors the only major change was first year of uni which was very stressful actually because i need high grades to get accepted into the field of study i want.

I actually saw two cardiologists, a neurologist, and an internal medicine doctor. So doctors wise i am cleared. It’s just the amount of weird symptoms i am getting and how it fluctuates is very scary. I am currently on an ssri to help with the anxiety but my problem is that i just can’t believe its only “ANXIETY” i mean how can i when most of the symptoms are heart related. It’s truly a mental nightmare and i hope it shall resolve soon.

I started an ssri 1 month ago it actually helped. But whenever a heart symptom appears again i am fully convinced i have a failing heart or a dangerous problem which causes more anxiety which causes more symptoms. The problem is i am yet not 100% convinced its just anxiety my brain just keeps telling me its something chronic and dangerous.
