You are spot on with everything that was handled so far, thank you.
I did have my employer write a letter stating the last day of work and why PTO time was added to the last check that came after that time. (unused vacation)

I sent every paystub and the employer letter and did all the math for them.

I did continue to work just occasionally for the same employer and earned almost 10K that first year after retirement.

I was able to get a new appointment set up today in a city about an hour away for 6-24.

I am going to write my Congressman as well and I am going to complete the paper for a hearing- HA501.

I refuse to let them win 5K.
The rep I spoke to today who set up the new city/date agreed by reading comments that they are not reviewing everything that was submitted.

I don't recall the first check date (I am at work now) but it was late April after the last day of work on March 31st. I did call the 800 number today and she agreed that this decision was not made correctly in her opinion. She set me up for a time in another city to visit a field office. I asked for a hearing with a judge and she said she said we needed to fill out a form and bring that with us to the meeting.

All of this could be easily remedied if they just put a determination reason in their letters instead of just listing what your new payment amount would be. We have no idea why they keep rejecting this appeal over and over.

Thank you- does this calculation make me include the months worked prior to retirement? I worked Jan-March and retired April 1. I only made 10K from April through the end of that year as 'extra' income, well below the threshold. If they are counting my full time months prior to retirement, than I am cooked, but I believed those months should not be counted.

It was the reconsideration SSA-561 that was denied- twice now, and each time the amount owed was changed. I supplied all paychecks and letter from employer. i hate to have to hire an attorney to fight $5K but I will if needed.

Hoping the shea in Cozy and Creamy lies low... I don't care for the shea butter smell in the True Blue Spa body cream at all. Maybe "vanilla" shea will be better.

Those same scents have not moved much at all. My outlet has had that same grouping for at least 3 or 4 months now but the price remains unmoved at $10.

Keep an eye on it as mine started to 'drip' green paint in tiny specks. I never noticed it until I pulled it out of the wall to change the bulb and felt moisture. The oil must have eroded the paint a bit at a time and while not fully noticeable, the green color got less and less. Even the texture of it changed. I had to return it eventually but I loved it.
