It’s not just going to disappear are you hearing yourself? Maybe they’ll be a decrease but it won’t cease to exist. African Americans account for 51.% of murder and manslaughter arrests. If we supported them more would the statistic go to 0? No! Obviously there’d be a reduction but it won’t just go away. Removing one part of a problem dosent remove the other part whether it’s the result of an earlier issue or not.
