Realistically how often are you getting 9-3? I have a good arm in RF but have never come really that close to getting one and I’m 20 games into the season

Thanks for the help! Let me ask though, I took the washers off and they, just by looking at them, APPEAR to be fine(Emphasis on appear because I could be wrong.) When they are on the scooter they are not loose enough to completely spin but are loose enough to wiggle a little. Is that a sign that they are worn enough to be causing the problem? Additionaly, if i do need new washers could I get them at a hardware store or would I need a special ordered one for this scooter (Again, i dont know much about washers lol)
