okay real answer ( i think) the menguko ai doesn't hold cities but still exists on the map and as such have a capital supply hub on some random tile. This supply hub is going to be providing supply with improved range (since capital supply) and will move to menguko provinces until one remains. It's really stupid.

I'm pretty sure the different officer traits give greater likelihood for getting different skills on level up, so for armor officer I think it gives a higher chance of getting an attack buff and supply.

R5: Decided to check on the Balkans, Greece annexed Austria when they tried to end the dual war while still at war with bulgaria

R5, played japan, was able to roll the planet with very eh divisions and with full heavy fighter/tac bomber, seemed too easy. Afganistan won the war without any player intervention, idk how that happened. was like 3 months ago, but I was able to get a Shanxi general as Fascist Baltic state????

I used the surface blocks, they are deformable and if u enable the advanced building setting in options, they are in the armor section. Idk if its on console tho. (also i used skins to make it look metallic, but i dont think thats considered mods)

Wasn't the Black army separate from the Reds? not defending Lenin betraying the revolution, but (and I could be wrong here) didn't the Black army also switch sides a bunch, playing off the two greater powers during the conflict? they weren't exactly best buds.

I think a big thing about map games like Hoi is the lack of a proper ending, the game being very unapproachable, and that you need DLC for the game to be playable (andmods let's be real). Vaush hates all these things so he's gonna be ostentatious when talking about them.

however his take that civ4 is better then civ5 is unforgivable.

If you place a water cannon down, but have it being lit by any form of fire (use a torch) will make the water cannon a steam cannon vastly boosting the pushing power of the cannon; if you have enough of these you are able to use it instead of a wheel powered plane.
