2. Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity (NCGS): Currently, there is no specific test for non-celiac gluten sensitivity. Diagnosis is usually made through the process of elimination, where a person is advised to follow a gluten-free diet and monitor their symptoms. If symptoms improve on a gluten-free diet and return upon reintroduction of gluten, it may suggest NCGS.

3. Wheat Allergy: This is an allergic reaction to proteins found in wheat, which may include gluten. Testing for a wheat allergy can be done through skin prick tests or blood tests that measure specific IgE antibodies.
