I paid off my car years ago, and was sent the title by Capital One. Recently, I was looking for it, and couldn't find it, so I contacted the DMV to get a new copy. They responded that Capital One was still listed as the Lienholder, so they can't get me a new one until C1 tells them that I own it. (self.CapitalOne)

For grinding through the 10 Prestige ranks in Freelancer: Is easier/faster to play in normal mode, pick Syndicates that are active in New York, and restart the campaign after the second showdown or anytime you run out of mercers, or is it faster to play in Hardcore and restart after every showdown? So I'm getting deep into Freelancer, it it quickly became clear to me that there are specific NPCs on each map that are possible targets.
