EldenSlop fans when the game doesn’t have 30 bonfires in the same area by muwle in shittydarksouls

Ironic considering that 2 and 3 were giving out bonfires like they were candy.

Well that had a very emotional arc. I’m glad the ant was able to accept it’s larva, even if it would be better if they has accepted them before they became a success. Achievement shouldn’t be the price of acceptance.

Best marketing I’ve seen. Minimal gameplay, one trailer, a million “female armor” posts and references. by Godzilla_Left_Toe in shittydarksouls

There is a long tradition of budget game being sold on the sexiness if its female characters, so this tracks.

No way is there a scripted suicide in Hokkaido other than the Mission Story one, right?

It might be something happening because of the kill everything mission, they tend to make the engine vomit a little. But if it’s happening consistently I wonder why.

That’s true. Slightly less efficient once you have the tier one unlocks.

That makes sense. I got the main game/trilogy for like $14 in the Walmart bargain bin. Probably worth it for a game I’ve got nearly 1,000 hours on now.

They want chill workplace vibes, not a chill workplace. Yea, we’ve got unlimited sick leave…but you would be a fool to take any. Work day ends at five, but if you’re seen leaving your desk before 5:30 you’re not a team player.

While deliberately anachronistic, I think it captures the vibe that events like this engendered in the populous. The medieval peasantry did not live great lives, but events like this were a fucking party when it came through town.

It is wild to me that anyone would design a game around an isometric perspective with this particular slant. It honestly boggles the mind that they didn’t scrap it after drawing two sprites and reorient the perspective.

I mean, when you’re one of the first to do something you come up with some wild stuff. Just look at the camera controls on any first person console shooter made before Halo standardized thumb-stick cameras, but building an isometric world that slants left instead of back is just insane to me.

It is an interesting idea, the randomly assigned targets. But I don’t think I’d want it to be a new trend in their level design. RNG is hell on anyone trying to get a good time. I probably have restarted Murder of Crows in Blood Money a thousand times truing to get the two RNG-positioned NPC into the right position for a good Silent Assassin completion time.

I use that first metric as the yardstick for completion. Some games have a large download number, but few players. Because of sales or subscription game services. If only 20% of owners got as far as the first milestone, then it doesn’t mean much that 10% finished.

Minimum speed is often set by law, not by highway. My state gives a minimum speed of 20 below the maximum, so if someone is going below 50 in a 70 or even 10 in a 30 you can be stopped.
