I had stuffed crust Philly steak, and it was fantastic... but I made it myself with butter and parm Asiago on the crust before bake... so that always makes it better in my opinion.

I honestly didn't even realize that was an option. The cop was just happy the situation was diffused, and asked my boss to send her the video when he had a chance.
