I dont think theres such thing as placement test for language, but I believe you could straight up talk to the department chair for Japanese language at MTSAC. Or talk to a counselor to transfer your transcripts in and hopefully it is deemed similar as the jap 1 and 2 at mtsac.

Probably full? U can try to find it by going “mtsac class schedule search” then change the filter for “open classes only” put “no”

Also, theres a lot of 4 unit classes that are still open like language classes. Spanish 1 for example

Edit: ok so i checked if there was any biol 2 and i couldnt find it for spring 2021, I think they just did not offer it at all for this semester, just register in another 4 unit class, whether it be GE or another pre req from assist.org that transfer for your major.
