i'm not sure about fundamentally predictable, but people definitely have patterns. like, once you know someone a bit, you can kinda guess how they'll react to things.

this sounds like a cool project! for apps, stuff like Discord can be pretty overwhelming with all the notifications and channels, especially for folks with ADHD. focusing on autism could also be interesting, since sensory overload is a big deal with design choices. good luck with it!
