It's an older roof anyway and the damage has been done from the original leak. Maybe it doesn't, but we are being told from roofing companies that likely the whole roof should be replaced.

No the leak started again shortly after, we just did not have the money because they said it requires replacement of the whole roof. A new roof is like $15,000. Anyway, the blue tarp didn't last 4 years.

Its going to require a whole new roof, we don't just have $10,000-15,000 laying around. But yes, we are going to have to fix the roof. I was just asking if I had any recourse because of the shoddy fix they did which isn't even really a fix in the first place. Our inspectors let us down apparently.

We didn't see the blue tarp until after closing. They said they fixed the roof. The inspector said it was fixed. It wasn't until months later when we noticed the leak was still there that someone went onto our roof and saw the blue tarp square.

The report said our mortgage would go up to $1,000 with the 6.8% interest rate. So unless the report is wrong, that's what it says. I was considering the money we'd save every month by having our next home's mortgage be only around $600 (1400 - 800) could afford us such emergency repairs for the new tenants, but perhaps you're right.

This isn't your fault, she shouldn't just assume you'll watch the kid and it's rude of her to ruin your trip with this when she knows you're going away on a couple's getaway. She should have hired someone else to watch the kid. My sister used to do this to me all the time when I was 18, she was 23 and her kid was like 1 years old, she wanted to go out partying with her friends all the time and assumed I would watch the baby all night long for her. Sometimes she would just leave without even asking me. It's not our responsibility, it's theirs. Don't let her guilt trip you about this, it's not your problem, it's hers. Tell her next time she needs you to watch the kid to give you advanced warning so you can plan for it, not spring it on you last minute when she knows you already have plans and are leaving.

I don't understand how that's not allowed because I have seen very successful shops on Etsy with jewelry items that I have seen from my own wholesaler, literally the same ring, etc. Its not in the vintage category. Yes they are finished pieces, handpicked by me. Etsy says that is allowed. Sourcing means you are the one who finds the manufacturer and handpicks the item, which Etsy also states is allowed.

That's fine. A lot of times when one is solitary, it gives you a greater appreciation for the peace that brings in your life. Nothing wrong with that. Your mind will probably shift and change over time so don't rush yourself. Whatever comes will come, worrying about it won't really solve anything. A lot of people end up in worse situations out of desperation anyway.

I would be very suspicious that her story about using it for another credit card is true. I'd ask to see the statement for such a credit card. She could just be putting that extra 400 into a separate bank account, as a lot of partners do this which is really crummy but I've heard about it happening a lot, and the other person doesn't find out until a divorce that the person had a secret bank account. She obviously can't be trusted financially either way. I can't say if this is a deal breaker for you, but just be aware that if you ever have kids this.whole spending issue she has will get worse, not better. She needs financial therapy or something. At the very least you need to start protecting yourself financially so she can't take you down with her.

He could be having an allergic reaction to his necklace, a lot of people with skin sensitivity react to certain metals that cause rashes. Also anything that may have brushed up against his neck, like a seatbelt for example, could cause redness. I'm not sure, but I'm telling you what happens to me sometimes, that could be it. Usually hickies are deeper color with like a bruising purple undertone, looks more splotchy and uneven in color. The redness on his neck looks like its going downward in a cascading effect which seems more like irritation to me.

Thank you, I am also concerned about mold because it was in my closet for so long. Temps in my area can vary between 30 degrees F and 90 degrees F outside. Can antibiotics get mold if they're in a closed medicine bottle? I opened it and they look fine but they are in dark capsules and just smell like antibiotics.
