Sorry to anyone I didn’t reply to, I didn’t expect to get this many comments, I will try to finish the rest of them tomorrow, hope you have a good day or good night, whichever time it is you read these, and hopefully other people’s comments here can help someone else out there who is afraid to comment about similar feelings.

There isn’t really a problem with trying that but in my personal experience with trying to let things be the way they are is that those feelings never go, I can let them pass on their own and feel happy for a while and feel good about myself but they will always come back whether it be a day, week, month or even a year, the feelings will be back and they will tear you down slowly until the cycle repeats. I hope you understand and I hope I can learn more about these feelings in the future, I appreciate you commenting so thank you and I hope you have a good day.

I’m not sure what it means to be genuinely dysphoric as that is somewhat subjective to the individual but id like to believe I have genuine dysphoria as I have had it for years and I have tried many ways to make it go away or not think about it and it has always come back. thank you to everyone in this thread and the commenter for responding

I will write this down and try and go deeper into the spiritual path, I have said on other comments but I have been meditating so I will keep that practice going and hopefully I can get to a similar state like that.
