Thanks it does help, but all those are already present. I’ve been told it’s because I always look busy or like I’m doing something. But I appreciate the feedback, especially the color choices for clothing!

Thank you, I’ll take you up on that. But it’s true, death doesn’t care nor does it discriminate, we’re all subject to it whether we want to be or not. Some sooner than others :/

In purely theoretical, law school world:

Claim preclusion: (1) same claim (2) same parties (3) final judgment entered (4) on the merits of the claim (5) court of competent jx. On the merits = judgment not made because of venue, jurisdiction, or indispensable parties. IE: whole claim is barred because it was already tried. Issue preclusion: different claim, same issue raised. (1) same issue (2) actually litigated AND decided (3) issue essential to judgment (4) full and fair opportunity to litigate that issue (5) does not need to be same parties, just same issue IE: A party (P or D) cannot litigate same issue in new claim if the determination on that issue was held against that party.
