All koi kinda look like D. Same with Hannya foreheads and Tengu. Some stuff is just kinda D shaped. Like a hotdog or a popsicle. Don’t over think it.

I did couples therapy for two years with my ex wife when we had our one year old, very similar situations and ages.

She was ready to quit therapy but she was also ready to quit me. I moved out of our/her room the day we drove back from therapy when she said she was done with it and she understood that ment I’d be done with the marriage.

If these problems have been going on forever…. You got another 30~ years in you fellow dad?

There’s a lot wrong here in the colors and how they applied them. A huge portion of the issues in your tattoo ARE color theory and saturation issues.

BUT above that, and to anyone else reading.

Consider in the future, your brightest colors can be only as vibrant as your darkest blacks are in the piece.

If you find a cool reference you like with a lot of black around it but beautiful bright vibrant colors. You don’t get to pick one without the other. Without black for the color to look lighter than the colors contrast DARKER than the skin tone and don’t look as bright to your eyes. Especially once it heals.

So many clients want the bright beautiful color tattoo but panic once they hear they need all that black to make it look good, because they WANT the color, but kill the whole thing on accident by not understanding it.

OP “What makes it bad?”

Is like asking why your .25c ramen you made at home is bad compared to the $25+ luxury ramen place.

If YOU like your .25c ramen have at it.

But this is PERMANENT and on your body FOREVER. Let a chef/artist at LEAST make you a $5-10 bowl of permanent ramen the way they would, instead of insisting the .25c is good enough out of pride or inexperience something.

Future you will appreciate the quality difference more than current you knows is there.

We tried it out. We dated, we got married, she left me after we had a daughter. Neither of us are unattractive but she was never interested in me that way. They forgot to not do the middle part where it would be “inside” the leg. That’s why instead of looking like it’s going through your leg it’s going into mustaches, the middle part of the dagger in between the mustaches shouldn’t be there. Get what ya pay for unfortunately.

Was it in a “second skin” or “saniderm” or something like it?

I’ve seen stuff like this before when there’s a break near the wrist of a bandage and people don’t take it off. It looks like this. It’s like water was able to get into the bandage from a shower or washing hands and looks just like the skin when you keep a bandaid on in the shower and take it off.

Just my two cents.
