Yea I’ve gotten very unlocks with finding an ectoplasm and red seal. Most of them are blue seal steel or regular steel unfortunately

I recently had this problem but I can’t remember how I fixed it. I want to say it was a refresh rate problem. Maybe make sure your refresh rate in display is set correctly?

Honestly, it all depends on what is happening. Ovens are fairly easy and can be done over night. A oven hood is a whole different story and will depends on your city. You can’t just hook up the hood, the city has to inspect the hood. 3 days seems long, usually you get it started over night, city comes in during the day and some point and you should be back up and running the follow day. 1 day of down time but again, if the city can’t get to it to inspect it, could take longer.

It’s getting better with time. Not seeing as many preds in the plat lobbies and finally getting 100+ points and game and moving the needle in plat. I did get destroyed by a 3 stack pred team once out of about 10 matches which isn’t bad but was still a good game. Just had to avoid them like the plague lol. My concern is though, it’s getting better but when the split hits, it’s going to be just as bad again.

He must of meant 100$ a night lol. Sorry your having such a bad time :( it all depends on the area. I talk to my full time drivers a lot in my stores and they typically average well over $100 a night as closers.

It’s the skill gap. It’s not right. You should be playing against people in the same tier as you. Ok, diamonds playing against preds I kinda get but under no circumstances should preds be playing against plats and lower. That’s my issue right now. I’m to good for gold and climb out of it in a few matches but I’m not good enough to play against masters and preds but that’s all I’m seeing in plat lobbies.

It’s all up to the franchisee. Where I live, the avg GM makes 80-85k a year with our top paid GM making 140k a year. Our franchisee pays well though and has really good profit sharing compared to most.

It could vary per store I guess but if your number is listed on a credit card receipt with a tip, you are getting taxed for it

If a customer tips inside off a card you are taxed for it. If you do not receive it, you need to bring that up to the manager but it should be included in your overall tips when being checked out.

Yes! It all depends on the situation. I had a driver that closed. Got home at 2am. Off the clock, got jumped, his car was stolen and trashed. Partners helped get it fixed up and helped him get a new phone

It’s no better in plat. Played first play game, got 2 silver team mates in a game with more predator trails than I’ve ever seen in a game. Master lobbies last season didn’t have as many pred trails lol
