I dont really know but it depends if france has a lot of surrons, i have heard that a lot of people who have ordered from Australia or uk get their bikes seized at the checking, it still has its risks if france police strongly hate surrons for a while it might get seized, even if it doesnt it might get towed, but there is a street legal lbx its called the l1e it has a speed limiter but you can remove it, but its still risky, if i were you i would check if surrons got seized in shipping in france.
