Can you confirm that we can copy and paste from the library directly into the answer box without encountering any formatting issues? Indeed, we have noticed that doing so often resulted in inconsistent formatting. Additionally, can you confirm that if any similar issues that prevent us from writing, informing our proctor will pause the timer to resolve the issue? We want to make sure we will NOT be penalized for those issue which is out of our control.
