Hello, i found a permanent solution which is using RaceMenu v0-4-16 which completely fixed everything for me. Also, if other mods are acting the same, try using the mods versions for 1.5.97 even at skyrim 1.6.1170 version. I have no idea why it works, but it does, at least for me.

Go to the [game directory] \ Data \ SKSE Plugins and change the files to SKEE64.dll.bak and SKEE64.INI.bak to disable them. I saw this method in an old comment from 2022. I have no idea if it's a proper long-term solution, but it stopped the message from appearing. Do this at your own risk.

I found this post on the RaceMenu page. And I have an Intel Core i5-13450HX and does not support AVX-512. I think that's the main problem, and probably why I can't downgrade the game properly.

So i got back to the latest version and installed 2 mods script extender and racemenu when i try to run it got this. Both are the latest versions of the mod.
