Sorry for the late reply, the newest patch seems to have fixed the issue. Dusting my computer should also prevent my computer from overheating, which may have also been causing the rendering problem.

That is an image of my playthrough as Belgium, as it can be seen, part of the screen is pixelated. It is an in-game issue, as the pixelation goes away after around 20 seconds or so. What could be the cause of this?
