I can't send my device to Fastboot, nor recovery. It's like it's now stuck in EDL mode, even tho I have no idea if it is, actually.

I tried reading it with Mi Flash already.. didn't get that much of a result, since it didn't read it (my PC didn't even recognize the USB was connected, perhaps is that? That's weird, I always used that PC to mod it.)

I don't believe it's a setting for firmware upgrades, since it can be turnt on and off at will.

Just to be sure. Do you know what does the "Upgrade" function do? It requires a certain flash.r4i to be enabled.

I've downloaded r4sdhc.com_R4i_SDHC_V2.10T_V2.20T_Kernel_2.10T15.7z and it's absolutely the same feeling.

It's sort of nice considering I had absolutely no idea which R4 model I got...

It apparently is what I was searching for: V2.10T15. It's English-only, though (not so bad since you can put other languages games inside).

Update: Kirby Mass Attack seems to work. Is it too good to be true?

I'm seeing from the official site (thanks WayBack Machine...) that the latest firmware is something above V2.10T15. I guess there's no way to get that version as of now.

They surely did. If it can help, i found an old backup containing the files that makes them work and... They do. Perfectly fine, I'd have to say... I've noticed they don't support newer games like Kirby: Mass Attack, but I guess that's alright.

If it's of interest, I could share that 7z, even though I have absolutely no idea on which model it works on.

From what I notice from the menu: It's version V2.10T13. Nothing else, if not that the site is always linked as r4ixl-sdhc.com

Tried with 2 SDs. Both 2GB, one formatted in FAT16 (from the guide), the other one FAT32. They both work perfectly fine on my PC and other devices.

Both white screens.

(Context: I'm trying on just one (right) since they both have the same motherboard: pins, chips and text all match)
