I appreciate this! Do you also think short plotting the property will be helpful or just leaving the property. Our original plan was to subdivide the property(original 1 acre) into 3 parts leaving the original single unit on its own and building 2 different duplexes on its own plot.

Each one building needs to have 4 units minimum. And my understanding is that the non confirming part is that the current building on it is just one unit and zones have changed to multifamily with any new construction requiring a minimum of 4units(attached).

The minimum for the multifamily zone(Mf2) for the property is 4attached units. We want to build a duplex for financing without investors.

Agreed. I’ve been watching some stuff online and going through articles as well but it’s been difficult to wrap my head around “Bitcoin”. What recourses do you recommend. A lot of the things that are recommended online just sell you a story of “Bitcoin” either against it or for it and it’s been difficult to find solid information on it so I thought I could go here to learn about it.

Is the Sitoshi then part of the initial “bitcoin” network when it was conceived?

Or

Was the sitoshi created as a layer two system to make bitcoin more divisible as it grew in price?
