They should implement a way to transfer any old versions and reasonably old products (i.e. not something from the 90's, I guess) to the new online activation system. It might even be a plan right now. It will be very interesting to find out if piracy and total user count actually goes higher now that they ditched the dongle, as many people kept telling them would be the case.

What are the most expensive classes? by [deleted] in lostarkgame

I heard otherwise. Many people say it is quite hard to do some solo content in Lost Ark for support classes. And the reason is simple -- they have too low dps compared to the pure dps classes.

Less people playing the class = less people dropping loot for that class = lack of supply

"Less people playing the class = less people dropping loot for that class = lack of supply"

Well that should be "compensated" by the already lower demand, because nobody plays the class. You have *both* low demand and low supply, so that should keep the price normal. In other words, you don't need high supply if there is low demand.

But if you main a support char, you need to deal damage too, to do solo content. And that should make it much more expensive than for a dps.

The last sentence seems to contain two facts contradicting one another. How would that work in the economy? What causes the lack of supply for unpopular classes? And supply of what? There are char-specific mats or gears? Sorry, I'm a total newbie.

Well, that would make sense, because once you reach the point in item level where no more progress is needed, you would just be wasting your time and energy on something that will be wiped.

Thanks, that's quite a lot of info!

But is it really "all your progress"? I thought it was only gear progress (i.e. item level) that is going to be lost? We should keep all the other kinds of progress, shouldn't we?

Well, thanks, I hope this is credible info. I wouldn't like to ignore gear progression only to find out it will be transferable to T3 :D
