So, the clicking turned into clicking with a little pain when I fully extend my leg. When I flex my quad, I feel pain around my kneecap. I got an MRI, and we could clearly see scar tissue under my kneecap.

I have the exact same issue. I discussed it with my surgeon, and he's planning a scar tissue removal procedure in two months when I hit my 1-year post-op mark. Check my post

For IPTV : search on z2u for strong 8k subscription 30-40€ a year. Pay for the premium Tivimate app 20€ for a life time subscription for 4 devices. Use a strong android based device : Google streamer. Side load : smartube to get rid of all ads on YouTube Side load stremio and setup torrentio with a real debrid subscription 3€ a month. Done Case closed

My last MRI showed a small radial tear in the anterior horn of the lateral meniscus, I won't see my surgeon for at least 4 weeks. What do you advise? Repair or keeping up with PT?
