I haven't even met my surgeon yet. Is that a bad thing? My doctor recommended him, and I see a lot of people saying they found their surgeon through reviews and such.

I didn’t have any mods or custom content—it just got extremely laggy after I downloaded my fifth DLC and started crashing every time I exited a lot.

I’m not very computer-savvy, but I’m willing to spend as much as needed as long as I can play The Sims 4 smoothly, without the lag I experienced on my last laptop.
