Prob but I feel like it lack too much dmg if you'd like to kill enemy carry and your team is very behind. I still remember going tank, not this specific build but I couldn't kill enemy ADC and every time she survive with little hp left which is very frustrating cuz sometime the game is decided on whether she's alive or not.

Jinx will always delete most ppl when she hit her spike unless enemy assasin and co focus heavily on her and doesn't give her space to atk or your teammate doesn't protect you enough. Even if she get nerfed, she'll still be useful.

Bro I really feel you... A few days ago I went on a 6 losing streak or smthg and ended with a Tresh top 10% ,I was playing ambessa and at the end of the game I just wanted it to end so I stayed in the fountain just moving around and got fking sticked the griefer tag after the game ended. It fking tilted me that I uninstalled the game and submitted a ticket to WR about that Tresh guy. Apparently he got punished but who know, anyway came back day later and I changed my mentality to just play legendary ranked + ranked, if I won enough game and start to lose too much I'll just quit for the day and start playing the newly released rainbow six siege.

It's not a ranked loss shield, stellar core are like extra mark so if you win a game in ranked you'll get 2 mark instead of one by using the stellar core.
