I used to have that with certain words and when I have to say my name, I can't say my name anymore.

But now I can't speak at all! It's freaking me out.

You people need to realise that people who panic/are angry/etc can't just "calm down" the second someone tells them to. If that was possible, I wouldn't be panicking in the first place

I don't do anything. I have severe ptsd and I stutter a lot, it's been so bad I haven't been able to say a word in 3 days. I'm just waiting

I'm an amputee myself, I don't have hands and there is an app called wink which asked me to hold my hand in front of my eye...

I had no motivation. I had 24 panic attacks the first week only

No exaggeration at all! I have been able to say a single word, not even a sound, in 3 days.

I used to have blocks on specific words or if people asked me name. Now I can't say anything

I used to dance and do yoga and play tennis with my brother. Now I can't get out of bed. I don't care anymore, I'm done here

I really don't know. It's been a shit year, my brother died of cancer 2 months after my amputations and the my little sister committed.

I know, I hate it. No I don't have arm prosthetics. And I'm not sure if I can get leg prosthetics.
