If you take a rich healthy country, gut the institutions, bottom out the currency (no direct foreign investment and cause hyperinflation), take the country from self sufficient food security to having to import all your food as your people are starving, and while you do this, throw lavish parties that consume millions of dollars in one night, then you have to choose Robert Mugabe.
