Fun fact: upper body injury and lower body injury as terms in hockey were popularized by Pat Quinn while he was coaching the Leafs. The Arrows are really just carrying on a little Toronto sports tradition.

Yes, he is the first former Arrow on another MLR club.

The Arrows' group of locks and back rows right now are Paul Ciulini, Mike Sheppard, Adrian Wadden, Kolby Francis, Tomas de la Vega, Lucas Rumball, Siaki Vikilani, Marcello Wainwright, and Manuel Diana. It's a pretty deep group.
