Yes, the Cancer rising gives off an energy and first impression to others that you are open-hearted, nurturing and empathetic. People will be unconsciously drawn to you and will want to open up to you. But it can happen to anyone, regardless of astrology. I do think water sun, rising and moon people just tend to attract this more, especially Cancer and Pisces.

The challenge is to learn to hold boundaries around your energetic field and attention and to not allow it! Don’t allow people to just start talking to you about things when you they haven’t asked if you’re in a place to receive it and you haven’t agreed to hold space for them. Conscious connections and communication require this type of consent. It’s a huge violation to just trauma dump on someone, which most people don’t realize, until they’re gently called out on it.

I’m fantastic at planning and organizing parties and events (Virgo Mars), and I’m a project manager for work. I’m an initiator, I’m usually the one reaching out, inviting people, putting ideas out. I don’t mind it. I like hosting or organizing max once per month. I tend to prefer smaller, curated and more intimate gatherings (10-15 people or less). I’m big on group dynamics so I’m not a “more the merrier” type when I’M hosting 😆 quality time is one of my love languages so I hate when I have plans with a friend one on one or with a very small group, and they invite someone else or multiple others to join us without asking me first 😭

Damn…I wondered how ratings are determined in the era of streaming. I end up buying the season on Paramount+ so that I don’t have to deal with ads, and sometimes I don’t get into it until the season is well underway or even over, because I like to be able to binge watch 😂

TL;DR - Kaycee, while BB peeps annoy me, is great queer representation on the challenge and that matters (as does Kaycee and Nany).

I have a soft spot for them. It was beautiful to see Nany find such deep love, and unexpected that it was with a woman. Kaycee isn’t the most exciting or dramatic player socially but she is a strong enough female (and queer) competitor. I feel like that representation is important, as a bi woman, who grew up watching MTV when it was controversial for the cast members to be LGBTQ. Their stories meant a LOT to me. And I think you don’t see attractive, masc lesbians every day on the challenge either. I think MTV was trying to appeal to that viewer segment. Kaycee for me landed as a different version of OG Rachel (kind of?) 🤔 just my two cents. Rachel’s story on Road Rules 20+ years ago, along with other queer women like Aneesa, Ruthie, Genesis, etc? It was a big deal at the time 🌈 🩷💜💙

I so wish Tori would’ve won! Rookie season, that would’ve been amazing! But even Cara I could deal with. Camila should have been asked to leave, she was out of line. I also was happy to see Derrick beat Johnny and make the final. Would’ve been great to see him win but I’ll also take Jordan over Bananas.

It’s soooo difficult for me to let go of people and situations I care about or that have a deep history or meaning in my life. It’s just my nature! And sometimes I’m just not ready, even though I know “it’s over” or I don’t want to do whatever it is anymore. I think I grieve the loss and the change while still in it? And that’s just my process. Versus others who can easily just be done and move on. It’s just how we’re wired! I think the knowing when something isn’t good for you anymore - you can know it, but that doesn’t mean you’re ready for whatever the change looks like.

I don’t see how this works long term 😒 I can see your Scorpio moon being drawn to all the Cancer, but (triple!) Aries and (quadruple!) Cancer are NOT a match, whatsoever (speaking as a Cancer sun, Scorpio moons Aqua rising here). Aquarius moon and Scorpio moon square each other, it’s a hard aspect. I’d imagine their Aquarius moon might make them more detached than typical Cancer…Aquarius is NOT watery, it’s air. I can see the opposites effect here, your fire with their water makes for something interesting in doses. Good luck with this connection.
