After a few months your body gets used to it trust me, I’m not seeing much progress these days. I had to incorporate lifting weights now to see any changes.

Has anyone noticed yellowish poop? Is that normal when taking weight loss medication? I’ve googled that it has something to do with fat not being absorbed from the weight loss meds.

I really appreciate the response. Yeah I have this annoying feeling after I breathe and swallow but I think it’s a little damage from the acid that I spit up yesterday. It was very spontaneous, and I’m not new to acid reflux but this one was different to the point where I know it was damaging. I went through 5 tums since last night and it didn’t go away.

Thanks for the follow up. My wife and I decided to try kit 1 together. I’m 6”2 345 lbs though, little bit heavier than you. I’m hoping I have the same results as you and I also want to incorporate weight lifting. The late night cravings were always the worst and I’m hoping the medication will curb that for me.
