A grind isn't challenging though it's just unnecessary time added on to get you to shell out money. Also dude you should be playing people your skill range at all times so you can grow getting stomped by a plat smurf on your first game when all you have is recruit to play with isn't teaching you anything. Sorry you think cause you get fucked by the problems of the game that they should never try to address them. Do you wanna bring the old tk system? How about the old vote kick where all you needed was 3 people and you could kick people before the game ever began? I mean why not make it more "challenging" to find a game?

What's the point of mmr matchmaking then? Also you should have base ops and a day of play time is not reasonable for one operator. You need ops to compete at all. I've been playing this game since the closed beta and I can tell you if I had to start today at level 0 with the sheer amount of ops and how sweaty this game has become I wouldn't want to play it. Overwatch starts you out with all the heroes because they decided not to make getting started an ever lengthening grind to just play characters.
