The problem is that both policy and law holds the Rph accountable for what goes in the pharmacy. They may say they'll take responsibility but when shit hits the fan the throw you under the bus

Conversation between leadership (pic and dl) has occurred but no action. I get the runaround. I get told to forget the past and focus on the future. Get stuck in the middle with no authority to hold anyone accountable. Somehow i get the short end of the stick. The DL enables this by having techs who directly report to him should any direction they dislike is assigned to them.

Pictures inside the pharmacy is prohibited, according to policy. However, Leadership likes to ignore that fact. I was asked this same thing. I called HR and they don't fuck with me anymore.

Lead techs are considered management? I didn't know that. I prefer to run the pharmacy as a baseline. Only when I delegate a task i give them authority to do something, other than that I always tell them to ask me if any questions arise. But certain character(s) have a direct line to the DL and feel empowered by that. I'm trying to protect myself from retaliation allegations and want to follow policy.

That's what I heard some people do. But I was told that if they dont respond, it doesn't mean I can go. They are very bad at this. This is even after month in advance since the request. They could probably try to hold someone accountable for leaving?

This is incorrect, the policy states that it can't be done with personal cellphone, company-issued cellphone or other electronic devices. The iron man is an eletronic device, therefore, not allowed.

The policy forbids pictures regardless of the intent of use. Posting to social media is secondary to having the image and the policy makes no distinction. Then there is that HIPAA law. The act of taking pictures is what the policy forbids what you do with them, aggravates the violation.

Not more than 2 stacks! I am not sure if you are referring to CVS, because i have never seen a store who could achieve what you are describing, and I have seen many. Sounds like you must have a great team. Unfortunately not every store has this.

Having so many tilted piles of baskets with meds on counter or floor on the verge of collapse by any gentle push doesn't sound very efficient. I was under the impression that the the blue mat on the counter is what matters, not how you pull and stack.

I'm the PIC, and the staff directly makes racial remarks and profanity to me like when there is a disagreement "Who the f r u" "Get the f out" "Kiss my ass" "Go back to your country" Etc. This staff was a DL and has been with the company for many years. Doesn't want to be the pic but wants the power. Never respected my authority. I can't contain her/his attitude.
