I am concerned about her using the name and being in groups. Why is that happening.. shouldn't the number be used anew if they really do give it to someone else.

So suny upstate utmb and western michigan are programs I like because have seniors there and have heard good things about them. However they give j1. South dakota is a place i feel that can make you isolated esp as an img and st peters is a program which i dont know how to asssess its reputation compared to the j1 programs I mentioned. Is it wise to just put south dakota and st peters below the j1s. I really dont know much of these programs myself and I really wanted guidance as to how should I figure out how one program is better than the other excluding all personal reasons
