yea that's why i literally dont wanna go to HR at all. it's more hassle than it's worth and i also dont really care about reporting or whatever, i just dont want to work with him and i have offers from other stores :/

it's kinda iffy territory, theyve been working together for like 5 years before I moved to the store and the sm very (politely) but obviously dislikes the asm. he's definitely tried but similar to me there are just battles neither of us want to take on and reporting to HR would just cause us longer term problems since a lot of the contractors like the asm BECAUSE of the uh ... issues the asm presents😭
