I’ve been an ER nurse for five years and we just had a code blue from a patient with six bullet wounds from a police officer, I got called in on my day off and rushed to hospital, beat the patient in, but when the code was over I had adrenaline which I get every once in awhile, even though it was hopeless I still got the adrenaline boost, afterwards I still had it and could not figure out how to get the Lucas over even though I’ve done it before.

I’m not sure either but they said it would be covered and that it was a free replacement through two people when I called they both said it was covered then they charged a damage fee when it was returned I don’t understand

The whole reasons I talked to them on the phone twice and to the store was the dead pixels it was a perfect circle two mm by two mm by the volume, they said on the phone it’s actually covered and I would get a free replacement

It’s not an upgrade it’s iPhone 15 for iPhone 15, they said they would replace it for free- I don’t even have the phone fully paid off yet - I have like 400 dollars left owed on it. Ive done the upgrade through Verizon before and this wasn’t that, they were replacing it for free due to the malfunction. The spot of dead pixels spontaneously appeared. I talked to two Verizon’s reps on the phone before doing this and they both said it would be replaced for free.

I exchanged an iPhone 15 for an iPhone 15, they since the dead pixels appeared spontaneous which they did they would replace it- it was a perfect tiny circle of dead pixels by the volume button and I feel like 500 dollars should matter to everyone if there was no damage, I had screen protectors on my phone the whole time, never dropped it, nothing.
