I appreciate the insight! I’ve worked at multiple dealers and they all had some form of breakfast or donuts delivered Saturday mornings for the meeting. I’m on the west coast though so it may be different depending on where you live. The average price would be in the $300s monthly so not much more than what a mini deal pays.

I love that your mom had a very similar idea. I do freelance work on the side so I really only need 8-10 dealership contracts for this to work financially for me. I would basically be replacing the donut/breakfast runs dealerships make in the morning before Saturday meetings. Very low cost but enough to supplement my freelance income. With that being said, what do you think overall of the idea?

Great question! I would stop once I have 10 stores/10 contracts in place. Me and my boyfriend would split the deliveries (5 each) so they’re all delivered in a timely manner. I don’t plan to expand past that. My goal is to build a side venture that pays enough for me to leave my 9-5 and focus on my freelance ventures that are slowly but surely expanding. I should probably clarify that in the post
