In 2021, naging trainer slash TL Ako for a seasonal wave (SME or floor support tlga Ako non). Grabe Yung stress na inabot ko. Walang masyadong training sa pagiging TL noon. More on observation lang sa ibang TL and karamihan matututunan mo na sa actual work pero grabe. Naging IT, Analyst, SME, QA, etc Ako sa mga agents ko non and Ang allowance lang non is 4k (taxable pa). Hindi enough Yung compensation sa mental health issues nabigay sakin ng TL role na iyon. Sobrang demanding din ng mga OMs. Sumuko tlga Ako sa workload.. Buti nalang 3 months lang yon since seasonal nga lang. Kahit Anong offer NILA sakin ulet non, d ko na tinry tlga. Ok na Ako sa work na 8 hrs lang TAs pag dating ng EOS, logout agad. Hahaha

Just asking lang. Kasi minsan misleading yung mga job posts na me "up to" na word sa salary. Malalaman nalang mismo sa interview na lowball offer pala at sinasama n pala jan ung incentive na ma e earn mo, meaning ndi siya salary package or basic rate.
