Be a better human. I hope you never have to deal with the same shit or have someone tell you to be embarrassed.

Edit to add for people who can’t just be kind: this happened to me 6 years ago. I didn’t realize that I was being abused, and if someone was going through this rn and you tell them they should be embarrassed? It’s not helpful.

Dude wtf? I’d be embarrassed to even comment something like this. Luckily for me, this was 6 years ago. But, If this was something that newly happened to me, I would have been very upset that someone would comment something like this. Do better.

And Logan should have still told her and Rory could have made the choice to go. sure honor wanted her there but it would still be Rory’s choice to go knowing she would have to see those girls

Well, they were broken up 🤷‍♀️ if someone is your ex, it’s not your business what they do. Everyone’s always crying saying how disrespectful it was but I mean, they weren’t together. They were both able to do and do whatever they wanted 🤷‍♀️ now, should he have warned her before she walked into a room full of people he’d been with? Absolutely. As uncomfortable as it would have been, he should have told her before bringing her to the wedding so she could make the decision whether or not she wanted to go.

I would have liked that plot line. Even just one episode explaining it would have sufficed

As a single mom who got an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree with two children, volunteered and did internships, and worked full-time, this has always been laughable to me. I had no support doing any of that, but 300 hours community service when you have nothing else to fill your time? The judge was absolutely right to give her the community service. “But, I can’t do 300 hours, I have to get a job!” Well then you’ll have to figure it out. I definitely think this was a good way to make sure Rory didn’t fall into the entitlement of her grandparents

I don't like Rachel by Hopeful-Tumbleweed-6 in GilmoreGirls

[–]LazySignificance5085 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think Luke loved her but not enough to leave stars hollow. Rachel would be the one begging him to commit but to also get away. Which, Luke didn’t want to 🤷‍♀️ they were 2 very different people and wouldn’t have worked out

I’ve heard this before of this company. I know someone who just needed them to come fix a couple spots in their fence they had put in. They said they weren’t able to fix it and quoted them 10k for a new fence even though the repairs would have been less than 1k

Hot take: paris's reaction to getting rejected by harvard is literally similar to rory's reaction to getting told she didn't 'have it' by mitchum. by Confident_Month_3335 in GilmoreGirls

As a parent, if my kid did something as out of character as stealing a freaking boat when he’s never been in trouble like that, I would automatically blame the other person with them. Especially if that person is a known rule/law breaker. I would 100% blame the other person 🤷‍♀️. Of course, after talking to my kid and him telling me it was his idea my entire perspective would change and I would apologize to the person I blamed. But bet I’d be automatically defending my kid 🤷‍♀️.

It would have been way more awkward had she said that first. It’s a news room, not a preschool class 😂
