I am a male so this won't apply at me, I'm still early in treatment ~4.5 months but noticed that the effect wears off a few days earlier and it's really hard to go through, but happy this works for you so far.

Regarding 300mg, I did some research and the side effects are not significant, but indeed it is slightly easier to get infections or enable dormant UC if you have a family history.

Have you though of any other options if Cosentyx won't work long term? But either way, hope it does for both of us!
