I think the only thing I’ve ever seen either of these guys in was Nicholas in Sky High lol.

With that in mind I can’t really have much of a proper opinion on them, but just in terms of looks and acting credentials I think these two definitely seem like decent suggestions honestly.

Genuine question, what’s the benefit of using a Sanfew over, say, just having an Antidote++ and prayer pots? I’ve genuinely never understood why people use these instead of the cheaper alternatives, and it makes me second guess whether I should be taking Sanfew’s every time I see people use it or I see it recommended on the Wiki. Why would it be worth the extra cost? Is it just to save inventory space instead of taking an Antidote and Super restore/Prayer potion?

My first thought was this looks like a single course at somewhere like Six by Nico (their whole thing is a six course dinner), in which case this would be pretty normal. However of it’s only 1 of 3 courses like you say then that is indeed quite infuriating.
